Frequently Asked Questions

I work with all kinds of mums including stepmums. I like to think of my experience as a twin mum as a motherhood experience pressure cooker. I’ve had the same experiences so many Mums have, just with the intensity turned up.

Do you skip going to the bathroom to feed your baby or babies then feel like your needs don’t matter? Were you the capable one at work so asking for help as a Mum feels impossible? Do you sometimes want to walk out the door and never come back?

Then you’re the kind of Mum I work with. Go here to check out how I can support you.

It depends! Voicenote based support looks different to calls in a 3 month series. But it depends MORE on where you’re at. If you’re in the thick of the newborn trenches and haven’t showered in days, the focus is on making you feel heard. If you’re figuring out what your career looks like as a Mum, the conversation will be more about identifying ways to explore that. Whatever support you book, will be tailored to where you are at in your motherhood journey.

Absolutely! I want to acknowledge that becoming a Mum is one of the biggest life changes someone can experience, so it’s ok that you’re feeling lost. One of my favourite Mum coaching moments is supporting you to connect with this new version of you, how she defines success now she’s a Mum and ways to step closer to her when everyone else is claiming your time.

The best time for us to work together is when you feel buried by motherhood. That may or may not coincide with the end of your maternity leave.

I remember thinking my babies had ruined my life. I didn’t recognise myself. That was the moment I needed the support I now offer.

This is the EXACT reason I created the Mum Lifeline. You can record a voicenote while you feed your baby. You can listen to support while pushing a pram. This is support designed to fit in the most challenging seasons of motherhood.
